Olympic Ceremony & Summer fun!

After weeks of heavy rain and dull weather across parts of the UK, conditions are set to improve for many areas over the course of this weekend.

In addition to the unpredictable weather, schools all over the UK will be officially ‘out for summer’ as of this Saturday 21st, July. Of course this includes Downham Market High School, which we’re positive our work experience students, Sam & Tabitha, will be pretty pleased about!

With the weather improving, us brits should have plenty of things to look forward to and get involved with this summer, including the long-awaited Opening Ceremony of the Olympic Games, which will be taking place next week.

Kids aged 4-12 should also be able to keep themselves occupied this summer as there will be several summer camps taking place which will include up to 20 different Olympic sports, fun competitions, games and activities as well as prizes and certificates to be awarded!

All camps are open to both boys and girls aged 4-12 and will run everyday from 9am-3pm.
The cost for all of the summer camp events is £10 per day or £40 for the full five days!

Places are only guaranteed with full payments prior to the start of a camp. You can book and pay by phone on 01366 324157. For additional info please contact our area manager, Jason, on 07825393982. You can also check the downhamweb calendar for further information and dates.
