Sing and learn new songs. 
Members of the large group sing in four part harmony (soprano, alto, tenor, bass), unaccompanied, and all songs are learned by ear, so there is no need to be able to read music, and no audition. Arrangements are from a wide variety of songs including popular, sacred and world music.Your first two sessions are free. Downham Grange is holding a coffee morning each Wednesday between 10am and 12pm, coffee, tea, biscuits and cake will be available and guided tours of the Home.

A group run by and for adults with learning disabilities and difficulties

The Downham Market Stroke Club is a friendly, inclusive and welcoming group offering information, advice, social and peer support along with exercise, outings, creative workshops and speakers to stroke survivors and their families. All welcome. Group meets weekly on Wednesday, except the 3rd Wednesday.

At the Sovereign Centre at a cost of £3 per person per week is a Women's Racket Group.
Beginners, as well as those with racket skills already, are welcome to come along. It is a great opportunity to meet new friends and keep fit. All equipment is provided.
