The Norfolk County Council have now commenced in footway refurbishment works along Bridge Street in Downham Market, which began around 12 noon yesterday.
The works will last for approximately 6 weeks and allow for a complete resurface of the footway, which will include hot rolled asphalt, new kerbs in accesses and fluted drainage channels where downpipes drain onto the footway. Utility covers will also be adjusted as necessary.
