It’s amazing the lengths that people will go to for charity and tonight, four Downham men will be demonstrating just how dedicated they are to helping out those more in need than themselves as they get their chest hair waxed off in aid of Lifeline 4 Chernobyl.
The four brave men are Bob Manning, Karlton Sibson, Paul Roney and William Rotman. They will be getting waxed tonight at the Therapy Lounge in Downham Market starting at 7pm.
Lifeline 4 Chernobyl was set up in 2007 and they help to deliver Humanitarian aid to the children and families of Belarus still suffering from the Chernobyl disaster of April 26th 1986. You can find out more at their website: http://www.lifeline4chernobyl.org/
The guys are hoping to raise around £500 for the cause, as well as the chest waxing there will be a raffle and donation buckets during the event. The Raffle prizes include a £10 Dents voucher, fresh fruit, bottles of wine and smellies.
