Downham Heritage Funding Appeal

thermometerThe Downham Market Heritage opened their Appeal Fund on 30th January to raise money locally for the Fire Station Heritage and Learning Centre. Their target is £12,000.

So far, they have raised £1,510 and would like to thank everyone who donated for getting the appeal off to an excellent start.

They still need the donations to keep coming, if you are able to show your support by adding to the fund it would be greatly appreciated. You can send a cheque to The Old Fire Station or give donations directly to members of the committee. Alternatively, you can donate online at www.localgiving.com/downhamheritage.

Pop in at the Heritage Centre on the first floor in the Town Hall Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays 10:00am – 12:00pm or the Fire Station in Priory Road on Tuesday from 09:30am – 11:30am.

To keep up-to-date, keep an eye on downhamweb, and look out for an article about the project in the forthcoming edition of Downham Life.
