Downham in Bloom held its first fundraising Coffee Morning & Raffle Saturday 18th November in the Town Hall Bar Room.
The group passes on thanks for the support of Committee members, and volunteers with donations from Friends of the Willows and various businesses around the town including Sweet Temptations, Charmed Interiors, Lewks, AT Johnson, Tesco and Morrisons together with a scrumptious cake made by one of the members, it was a very successful morning.
Unlike the other ‘local’ papers which are owned by big businesses, downhamweb has always been owned and run by local people in Downham Market. Our reporting will always be free without paywalls, independent from advertisers and run for the benefit of the community.
