The Town Council’s annual public meeting is on 7th April 6.30 for 7pm in the Town Hall. It’s an important event as it’s the only time the Council formally accounts for its activities for the last year and importantly presents annual accounts.
A public exhibition for the proposed Centre of Advanced Knowledge Engineering will be held in Downham Market on Friday 8th and Saturday 9th April.
The emerging proposals, for the 20 acre former RAF base, can be seen by the public:
- Friday 8th April – 3pm – 7pm
- Saturday 9th April – 9am – 12noon
The plans can be viewed at the Assembly Room, Downham Market Town Hall, Bridge Street, Downham Market, PE38 9DE.
Members of the design and planning teams will be available to answer any questions.
