Prepares for competitive swimming in West Norfolk by providing training and team structure exercises, All ages are welcome and training is provided depending on the swimmers ability.
Associated with the Norfolk & Midland ASA, the competitive club welcomes any confident swimmer. They meet on Tuesday (8pm-9pm), Thursday (8pm-9pm), Friday (7.30pm-9pm) and Sunday (4pm-6pm).

Downham Otters provide gentle exercise and swimming for adults with varied disabilities and their carers. Sessions are held on Tuesdays at 2.15 till 4.00pm at the Downham Leisure Centre.
