Sing and learn new songs.
Members of the large group sing in four part harmony (soprano, alto, tenor, bass), unaccompanied, and all songs are learned by ear, so there is no need to be able to read music, and no audition. Arrangements are from a wide variety of songs including popular, sacred and world music.Your first two sessions are free. We have a wonderful, enthusiastic and talented musical director who leads productive but fun rehearsals. We are always pleased to welcome new members, so come and find your voice. Downham Grange is holding a coffee morning each Wednesday between 10am and 12pm, coffee, tea, biscuits and cake will be available and guided tours of the Home.
The Office and heated Auction Room are located in Lynn Road, Downham Market, close to the traffic lights by St Edmunds Church. A car park is located behind the office, for the use of clients, apart from on sale days when the area is full of sale items. The nearest public car park is in Paradise Road about 200 yds down from the Castle Hotel.

The Downham Market Stroke Club is a friendly, inclusive and welcoming group offering information, advice, social and peer support along with exercise, outings, creative workshops and speakers to stroke survivors and their families. All welcome. Group meets weekly on Wednesday, except the 3rd Wednesday.
At the Sovereign Centre at a cost of £3 per person per week is a Women's Racket Group.
Beginners, as well as those with racket skills already, are welcome to come along. It is a great opportunity to meet new friends and keep fit. All equipment is provided.
